Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available to customers who experience technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team or if the software does not perform as described. Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services, such as custom development, consulting, or other one-time services, are non-refundable. These services are clearly marked during the purchase process.
Trial Period
We offer a free trial period for our software. During this time, you can evaluate its features and performance. Refunds are not applicable for customers who have fully utilized the trial period and then purchased the software.
Subscription Cancellations
For subscription-based services, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods. Partial refunds for the remaining days of the billing cycle are not provided.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact our customer support team with your order details and the reason for the request. Our team will review your case and respond within 14 business days.
Processing Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted for issues related to user error, lack of technical knowledge, or failure to read product descriptions and documentation. Additionally, refunds will not be provided if you simply change your mind after purchase.
Upgrades and Downgrades
If you upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan, the new rate will be applied from the next billing cycle. Refunds or credits for the current billing cycle are not provided in case of downgrades.
